Of Dénia to Benidorm, the coast acquires monumental and steep dimensions. The horizontalidad of the coasts crossed until now is broken definitively here, in this salient pronouncing. Where the crystalline waters, the marine bottoms and the golden sands of their beaches are a constant of the Landscape. The ends of San Antonio of the Nao and Moraira, and a little but to the south the Rock of Ifach, are geographic features of impressive beauty that lock up cliffs, coves and Straits sandy grounds.
Javea, Teulada, Benissa, Calpe, Altea, the Vila Joiosa... are marine towns, located in a coastline that they invite to us to sail by his waters to discover the most secret places. In Benidorm, nevertheless, this coastal ferocity returns to calm itself to allow the existence of impressive beaches of oriented sands to the south, that enjoy sun all the year. It is, probably, the first tourist enclave of the Mediterranean and, without no doubt, of Spain.
More to the south, the Campello, San Juan and the city of Alicante complete this vacacional showcase whose product of sun and beach justifies the pretext of one prolonged tourist stay.
Until it limits meridional of the Province of Alicante, the traveller again finds extensive bordering sand beaches with productive salt mines in Torrevieja and Santa Pola, the impressive dunes of Guardamar of the Safe one, the extensive sandy grounds of Orihuela, Elx and the Meadow of Campoamor, the small cliffs of Cabo Roig and the coast of Pounding of the Drilled one.
